Vertices Partners, Jerome Merchant, SAM act on fundraise of Ergos

Bangalore-based agritech start-up Ergos Business Solutions has raised approximately ₹83.2 crore ($10) million in a fundraise led by Abler Nordic. The fundraising also saw the participation of existing investors Aavishkaar Capital, Chiratae Ventures, and BII.

Vertices Partners represented Abler Nordic in this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Vikrant Anand (Partner) and Siddharth Bhargava (Associate Manager).
