Vaish, Platinum lead on Hindustan Unilever’s sale of bakery biz to Nimman Foods

Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has sold its bread and bakery business under the Modern brand to Nimman Foods, a company backed by private equity fund Everstone Group.
