Universal Legal advises Tanas Capital on investment in Sabine Hospital and Research Centre

Sabine Hospital and Research Centre recently saw a $50 million transaction from a consortium of investors. Tanas Capital participated in this transaction pursuant to which the consortium acquired a majority interest in Sabine.

Universal Legal assisted Tanas Capital with this investment.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Kapoor Mehta (Partner) and Henna Kapadia Poojara (Associate Partner).

Sabine Hospital and Research Centre is a Kerala based fertility and mother and childcare provider.
