Trilegal, Talwar Thakore, Skadden, King & Spalding act on DSP-Blackrock JV Termination

Blackrock has mutually agreed with the DSP Group to terminate their joint venture relationship in the mutual fund, asset management, and AIF business and to sell its minority stake therein back to DSP group entities and DSP group founders.
