Keystone Realtors Limited has made a Qualified Institutions Placement aggregating to ₹8,000 million.

Trilegal advised Keystone Realtors on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Richa Choudhary (Partner), Avanti Kale (Counsel), Aman Bahl (Associate), Urmil Shah (Associate), Shivayana Balodia (Associate) and Archit Jain (Associate).

Khaitan & Co acted as Legal Counsel as to Indian Law to the Book Running Lead Managers in relation to his QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Subhayu Sen (Partner), Aparna Bagree (Principal Associate), Johann Valladares (Senior Associate) and Shreya Iyer (Associate).

Keystone Realtors is one of the prominent real estate developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Their portfolio includes projects under the super premium, premium, aspirational and affordable categories, all under the brand Rustomjee.

The proceeds from the QIP shall be utilised for debt repayment, partially funding the land acquisition, associated costs, considerations and general corporate purposes.
