Travers and Milbank advise on Sahara investment in Mallyas F1 team Force India

Sahara India has invested $100 million (approx Rs.500 crore) for a 42.5 percent stake in Formula One team Force India. Sahara and team principal Vijay Mallya will now have an equal ownership stake, with the remaining 15 percent in the hands of the Mol family.
