Super Religare raises Rs 370 crore from Jacob Ballas IFC Vaish and AZB advise

Super Religare Laboratories (SRL), the diagnostic subsidiary of listed firm Fortis Healthcare has raised Rs. 370 crore ($67 million) from NYLIM Jacob Ballas and International Finance Corporation (IFC). NYLIM Jacob Ballas India Fund will invest Rs. 250 crore, while IFC will put in Rs. 120 crore.
