S&R, CAM, Sidley act on Vodafone Idea 25,000 crore Rights Issue

Vodafone Idea has raised 25,000 crores (US$3.6 billion) through a Rights Issue. The Vodafone Idea rights issue is the largest rights issue to date in India and the first capital raising by Vodafone Idea post the merger of Vodafone India and Aditya Birla owned Idea Cellular.
