SNG & Partners acts on External Commercial Borrowing extended to IIFL Finance by HSBC

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) in relation to an external commercial borrowing of an amount up to $75,000,000 with a green shoe option of an amount up to $250,000,000 extended to IIFL Finance Limited.

SNG & Partners acted as the legal counsel to HSBC. The firm provided comprehensive legal advice on the transaction including but not limited to the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of transaction documents.

Amit Aggarwal (Senior Partner) acted as engagement partner for the transaction.
