Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal act on IndianOil - Sun Mobility JV

Indian Oil Corporation Limited has formed a joint venture with Sun Mobility Pte. Ltd. for undertaking battery swapping as a service business in India. 

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised IndianOil on this JV.

The transaction team was led by Prashant Sirohi, Partner; Sourav Naug, Senior Associate; Aditya Mitra, Senior Associate; and Jasmeet Minocha, Associate.
