Capital Markets: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal, Linklaters on ASK Automotive IPO

ASK Automotive Limited has made a initial public offering (IPO) of 29,571,390 equity shares to raise ₹8,339.13 million.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised ASK Automotive on this IPO.

SAM Capital Markets team was led by Prashant Gupta (Partner, NP Head - Capital Markets), Abhiroop Amitava Datta (Partner), Sanjeev Chowdhary (Senior Associate), Sridutt Mishra (Associate) and Divya Dhawan (Associate).

Trilegal advised the bankers on Indian Law in the IPO while Linklaters acted as international counsel.

The Trilegal team was led by Richa Chaudhary (Partner – Capital Markets) and comprised Ronak Chawla and Avanti Kale (Counsel), Maitreya Rajurkar (Senior Associate), Aayush Khandelwal, Shivayana Balodia, Kaaba Khan, and Mathangi K (Associates).

The IPO was subscribed over 51.14 times, overall. The qualified institutional buyer’s component was subscribed over 142.41 times and the non-institutional buyer’s component was subscribed over 35.47 times.
