SAM, CAM, Jerome act on setting up of Oriental InfraTrust with assets comprising 5 Road Projects

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised in the setting up of Oriental InfraTrust, a private infrastructure investment trust set up under the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014. Oriental InfraTrust has been set up with an initial portfolio of assets comprising five operational national highway road projects, granted under NHAI concessions.
