SAM, Khaitan, Kirkland & Ellis complete Bain Capital acquisition of majority stake in Porus Labs

Bain Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Porus Laboratories Private Limited for an undisclosed amount.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Bain Capital on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team was led by Iqbal Khan (Partner), Pooja Singhania (Partner), Ashid Basheer (Principal Associate), Soumya Pradhan and Pratyush Hari (Associates).
