SAM, Khaitan act on IIFL raising ₹2,200 crore from Abu Dhabi Investment Authority

India’s largest affordable housing finance companies, IIFL Home Finance Limited has entered into definitive agreement for raising ₹2,200 crore for a 20% stake from a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
