SAM, DMD Advocates act on Sona Comstar acquiring Escorts Kubota railway division

Sona Comstar (Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited) is set to acquire the railway equipment division of Escorts Kubota Limited on a going concern basis through a slump sale for approximately ₹1,600 crore ($190 million).
