Sahai & Co, IndusLaw act on funding round of Mesa School of Business

Mesa School of Business, a business school focused on creating startup leaders, has raised approximately ₹32.7 crores ($4 million) in a funding round led by venture capital and growth-equity investment firm, Elevation Capital.

Sahai & Co represented Mesa and its founders, Ankit Agarwal and Varun Limaye in this funding round.

The transaction team consisted of Savyasachi K. Sahai (Partner) and Vishwajeet Singh Shekhawat (Associate).

IndusLaw represented Elevation Capital in this deal.
