Rajani Associates assists Confidence Petroleum on multi-faceted transaction with BW Group

Confidence Petroleum India Limited (CPIL) has received an investment from the BW Group.

CPIL has further entered into a joint venture with an entity forming part of the BW Group and another joint venture with GBL LPG Private Limited, to set up storage terminals at JNPT (Mumbai).

Rajani Associates advised and acted for Confidence Petroleum India Limited and its Promoters on these transactions.

The transaction team from comprised Prem Rajani (Managing Partner), Purvi Kapadia (Partner), Vidhi Shah (Senior Associate) and Sakshi Sharma (Associate).

CPIL is a company listed on BSE and NSE and is engaged in the business of cylinder manufacturing, bottling, souring, and supplying, packed liquid petroleum gas (LPG). Amongst other things, the Company supplies packaged LPG in India, under the brand 'Go Gas'.
