Water Deal - Rajani Associates advises Boon on investment from Spanish-based ROCA Group

Boon (Swajal Water Private Limited) has received a foreign direct investment of $5 million from Spanish-based ROCA Group Ventures and Innovations S.A.

Rajani Associates has advised and assisted Boon and its promoters on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of the transaction.
