Earlier, Rallis picked up 53.5 in Bangalore-based seed company Metahelix Life Sciences for Rs 99.5 crore..Rallis and Zero Waste are planning to launch GeoGreen, a special type of manure produced with bagasse purchased from sugar mills and proprietary technology.
