PSA on instantPay’s 34 crore fund raise from RB Investments and Kaleden Holdings

Delhi-based digital payments platform instantPay has secured Rs. 34 crore in pre-Series A round of investment from Singapore-based RB Investments and Kaleden Holdings.

PSA was the sole law firm on the transaction, advising instantPay and its investors. The team was led by Principal Associate Dhruv Suri, and also included Senior Associate Arya Tripathi, and Associate Rachit Gupta.

InstantPay has over 62,000 merchants on board and processes around 10 million transactions per month.
