Pioneer Legal, Vertices Partners act on Gaja Capital's exit from Chumbak Designs

Gaja Capital has exited as an investor from Chumbak Designs Private Limited after GOAT Brand PTE Ltd acquired the entire shareholding of the investors in Chumbak.

Pioneer Legal acted for Gaja Capital in this transaction.
