Pharma Deal: Pioneer Legal, Veritas Legal help Synokem Pharma acquire majority stake in Nitin Lifesciences

Synokem Pharmaceuticals, backed by private equity firm, TA Associates, has acquired 74% stake in Nitin Lifesciences Limited, owned by Recipharm Holding India Private Limited.

Pioneer Legal acted for Synokem Pharmaceuticals and TA Associates in this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Pritha Jha (Partner) and associates Jinal Shah and Niyati Khullar.
