PhysicsWallah raises $210 million, SAM advises edtech fundraise

Indian edtech startup PhysicsWallah has secured $210 million in a Series B fundraise led by Hornbill Capital, Lightspeed Ventures Partners, as well as other investors.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised PhysicsWallah on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Manish Gupta (Partner), Ashish Ahluwalia (Partner), Vivek Shekhar Tiwari (Senior Associate) and Shivangi K (Associate).

Previously Vertices Partners have also advised Physicswallah in several of their deals including acquisition of iNeuron Intelligence and Utkarsh Eductech.
