Peritum Partners, AZB act on IppoPay fundraise from Sacheti brothers

Ippopay Technologies has raised funds from Mithun Sacheti, founder of CaratLane, and Siddhartha Sacheti, CEO of Jaipur Gems, offering an exit to Coinbase Ventures.

Peritum Partners represented Mithun Sacheti and Siddhartha Sacheti on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Karthik Jayakumar (Partner), Ahona Das Gupta (Partner), Aneesh Sudharsan (Associate) and Shreyaah Srinivasan (Associate).

AZB & Partners represented Coinbase Ventures.

The transaction team consisted of Rachit Bahl (Senior Partner), Abhinav Ashwin (Partner), Rohan Bagai (Senior Partner) and Navdeep Baidwan (Senior Associate).

Ippopay was represented by its in-house legal team comprising Shabareesh Suresh (General Counsel) and Prachi Tiwary (Senior Legal Manager).

IppoPay provides Payment Infrastructure to small businesses to collect and distribute payments.
