P&A, Legalogic act on RIB Software SE investment in SoftTech Engineers

RIB Software SE, listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange and an innovator in construction business providing cutting-edge digital technologies, software solutions and services for construction enterprises and projects across various industries worldwide, has invested in an Indian company SoftTech Engineers Limited, by means of a mix of debt and equity securities to the tune of about 10% of the company’s entire stake.
