Nishith, Tatva, Simpson, Pillsbury lead on Aricent’s acquisition of SmartPlay for 1,100 crore

Aricent Inc, a US-based company providing software and engineering services, has acquired Bangalore-based chip design services company SmartPlay Technologies for 1,100 crore ($180 million).
