NDA represents Nuveen in its investment in Flexiloans

Nuveen (NCIF II Lux S.á.r.l.) has signed definitive documents to participate in the Series C Funding Round of Epimoney Private Limited, commonly known as “Flexiloans”, along with other institutional investors Accion, The Fundamentum Partnership and Maj Invest.

Nishith Desai Associates acted as the regulatory, legal and tax counsel to Nuveen and advised Nuveen on structuring, due diligence review and documentation for the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Nishchal Joshipura (Lead, Private Equity & M&A), Harshita Srivastava (Co-head, M&A) and Parina Muchhala (Associate).

They were supported by the Compliance team: Maulin Salvi (Leader), Darshna Negandhi (Associate)

Flexiloans is a digital lending platform offering collateral-free working capital loans to MSMEs through an online marketplace.
