NDA, Indus Law and Samvad lead on Flipkart – Myntra $300 million e-commerce deal

Flipkart, one of the biggest e-commerce companes in the country, has acquired online fashion retailer, Myntra for Rs. 1,800 crore ($300-million). The purachse marks the biggest ever consolidation of the Indian e-commerce market.
