Special Window for Affordable & Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH) Fund has made an investment of ₹195.50 crore to provide last mile finance to KV Developers Private Limited for completion of group housing project titled “KVD Wind Park” in Uttar Pradesh.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for and advised SWAMIH Fund on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Ashneet Chhabra (Managing Associate) and Ranjini Ghosh (Associate).

Associates Pranav Dwivedi and Devyani Kukreti assisted with respect to conducting title due diligence and corporate due diligence on the Issuer Company and the Promoter Company.

KVD Wind Park comprises of 7 (seven) residential towers and 2 (two) commercial tower having total saleable area of 10.50 lacs sq. ft.) at Sector- Techzone-IV, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
