Solar Financing on the rise: Luthra represents HDFC Bank in lending 4 Billion for this project

HDFC Bank has granted financial assistance of ₹4180 Million to a SPV of Blupine Energy for its 120 MW solar project in Sadla, Gujarat.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted for and advised HDFC Bank in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Varun Chauhan (Managing Associate), Radha Murali (Associate) and Garima Upadhyay (Associate).
