State Bank of India and a consortium of lenders have sanctioned ₹7,163 crore to Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Ltd. for a 1,190 MW renewable energy hybrid power project in Gujarat, India.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India advised SBI and the consortium lenders on this financing deal.

The transaction team consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Varun Chauhan (Partner Designate), Radha Murali (Associate) and Devyani Kukreti (Associate).

Sakshi Mishra (Senior Associate) and Sayali Dodal (Associate) assisted on the due diligence aspect of the transaction.

In 2022, Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer One Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), commissioned a 390 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant in Rajasthan. This plant in Jaisalmer is, the first ever wind and solar hybrid power generation plant in India.
