GACL-NALCO Alkalies & Chemicals Private Limited has raised compulsorily convertible debentures of ₹500 crore from IndusInd Bank. 

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India acted as the legal counsel for the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Nishant Singh (Partner), Prachi Pandit (Managing Associate), Maitri Meghani (Associate), Aashi Shah (Associate) and Shivangi Paliwal (Associate).
