Luthra acts on IREDA providing finances to SPV of Amp Energy India

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has provided ₹2614.70 million to a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Amp Energy India for a 30 MW group captive wind-solar hybrid power project at Jamnagar District in Gujarat.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, India advised IREDA in this deal.

The transaction team consisted of Girish Rawat (Partner), Varun Chauhan (Managing Associate), Himanshi Vadoria (Associate) and Abhinav Singh (Associate).
