L&L acts on MarketXpander's fund raise

MarketXpander Services Pvt. Ltd. has raised US$153 million in a Series C funding round from new investor WestBridge Capital and other existing investors, such as Gaja Capital.

L&L Partners' Corporate Team advised Gaja Capital on the fund raise.

The transaction team consisted of Deepak THM (Partner) and Aishini Mandal (Associate).

With this recent fund raise, MarketXpander Services has become India's 103rd unicorn.
