LKS, Khaitan act on investment in Rite Water Solutions by Infocin

Belgium-based Incofin Investment Management has invested approximately ₹68.1 crore (€7.5 million) in Rite Water Solutions (India) Private Limited from their water acceleration fund.

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan acted for Rite Water and its promoters, Abhijeet Gan and Vinayak Gan on this investment.

The transaction team comprised Partners Gaurav Dayal and Sushrut Biswal, Principal Associate Rohan Verma, Senior Associate Shylla Sawhney and Associates Daksh Hemnani and Aishwarya Shankar.

L Badri Narayanan (Executive Partner) provided his strategic inputs.
