KS Partners acts as legal counsel for consortium of financiers led by RECL to fund Nagai thermal power plant

KS Partners acted as Lenders’ Legal Counsel for a consortium of financiers comprising of Rural Electrification Corporation, India Infrastructure Finance Company and SREI Infrastructure Finance on the term loan funding of Nagai Power Private Limited in connection with Phase II (2x150MW) thermal power plant at Tamil Nadu.
