KS Partners acts as legal counsel for Bank of Baroda led consortium to finance Asian Colour Coated Ispats project

KS Partners advised a consortium of seven banks led by Bank of Baroda that extended financing to Asian Colour Coated Ispat Limited in connection with expansion of original project and introduction of new capacity addition at its manufacturing facility for 8 lakh TPA Hot Rolling and Cold Rolling Mill Complex located in Maharashtra.
