Khaitan, Touchstone, Anoma, Burgeon, Goodwin act on minority stake acquisition of Global Dental Services

Investcorp, a leading global alternative investment firm, has led an investment of INR 545 Crores in Global Dental Services.

Tybourne Capital, an Asia-based global growth investor and other new and existing shareholders are also investing alongside Investcorp in this INR 545 Crores financing.

Khaitan & Co advised Global Dental Services in this deal by drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and providing assistance in closing and post-closing.
