Barclays has bought the stake from Blackstone and HDFC Limited..After the current deal, Blackstone’s holding will come down to 66.25 percent, while Intelenet’s management and employees will have 16.5 percent in the company. HDFC Bank, which had re-entered Intelenet last year, will hold 4.5 percent.
