Khaitan Legal Associates acts on Vecmocon Technologies ₹84.3 crore Series A fundraise

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Vecmocon Technologies Private Limited in its series A fund raise of ₹84.3 crore ($10 million) led by the Ecosystem Integrity Fund (EIF), with participation from Blume Ventures and British International Investment (BII).

Khaitan Legal Associates team consisted of Shruti Dvivedi Sodhi (Partner), Aditi Chandak (Senior Associate), Vir Aditya Nanda (Associate), Aanchal Golecha (Associate), and Vishnu Sudarshan (Associate).

Vecmocon Technologies is a company specializing in critical EV systems, battery management, and vehicle intelligence modules.

It designs and manufactures key EV components such as motor controllers, battery management systems (BMS), instrument clusters, and Vehicle Intelligence Modules (VIM). These components are designed to optimize EV performance and enable smart, efficient, and reliable vehicles tailored to diverse operating conditions, including Indian roads.

The company's offerings also include IoT solutions for fleet management and advanced data analytics for EV ecosystem management
