Khaitan Legal Associates acts on Aurinpro Solutions' acquisition of Lithasa Tech

Aurionpro Solutions Limited has acquired a majority stake in Lithasa Technologies through a subscription to equity shares of Lithasa and the acquisition of shares from existing shareholders.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised Lithasa Technologies on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Sakate Khaitan (Senior Partner), Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate), Surbhi Burman (Associate) and Mohini Sonkar (Associate).
