Khaitan Legal acts on Titagarh Wagons raising €14.5 million in Titagarh Firema S.p.A

Titagarh Wagons Limited has raised €14.5 Million for its Italian subsidiary Titagarh Firema S.p.A. through an investment raise transaction.

Khaitan Legal Associates advised and acted for Titagarh Wagons Limited in this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Sakate Khaitan (Senior Partner), Radhika Iyer (Partner), Anisa Bawari (Senior Associate) and Parmeshwar Prapann (Associate).

Of the total investment raises, the Italian government acting through its investment arm, ‘Invitalia’ invested € 10 Million and the balance € 4.5 Million was invested by a UAE-based private equity fund.

Titagarh Firema S.p.A, specialises in design, construction, repair and refurbishment of railway rolling stock.
