Khaitan, JSA act on Angel One QIP

Angel One Limited has filed a placement document on April 2, 2024 for an issue of 5,870,818 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers aggregating to approximately ₹15,000 million.

Khaitan & Co acted as Legal Counsel to Angel One on this QIP.

The transaction team consisted of Abhimanyu Bhattacharya (Partner), Soumya Mohapatra (Partner), Tishita Mukherjee (Senior Associate), Chirag Gohil (Senior Associate), Varshini Puni (Associate), Abhishek Iyer (Associate) and Maniya Goyal (Associate).
