Khaitan Foley amp Lardner ILG Corporate Services on Invensys-Skelta deal

Invensys Process System, a Singapore based subsidiary of the London based Invensys Plc, a global IT group, acquired a 100 percent stake in Bangalore-based Skelta Software.  The Singapore subsidiary is a supplier of systems, software, services and instruments for industrial process automation and asset performance management.
