Khaitan & Co assists Aditya Birla Finance on grant of term loan facility to JM Financial Services

Aditya Birla Finance Limited has granted a secured rupee term loan of ₹100 crores to JM Financial Services Limited for the purpose of onward lending to clients of JM Financial Services Limited availing SEBI Margin Trading Facility and for meeting working capital requirements.

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel for Aditya Birla Finance in this transaction.
