Khaitan & Co assists Aditya Birla Finance in extending loan facilities to My Home Group

Aditya Birla Finance Limited has extended term loan facilities aggregating up to ₹500 crore to the ‘My Home’ group companies.

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Aditya Birla Finance in this transaction. The Firm's role included:

• Drafting, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents;

• Advising and assisting on corporate authorisations, stamp duty, security creation formalities and conditions precedent/conditions subsequent; and

• Closing assistance and/or such other advice required in relation to the transaction.
