Khaitan & Co advises Third Wave Coffee on Series C fundraise

Third Wave Coffee has raised approximately ₹292 crore ($35 million) from a Series C fundraise, through compulsorily convertible preference shares issuance to WestBridge, Creaegis, and other minority investors.

The transaction team consisted of Ganesh Prasad (Partner), B N Vivek (Principal Associate), Nishant Chris Mathews (Associate), Srivittal V (Associate) and Pranav Pramod (Associate).

In May 2022, WestBridge Capital led a $21 million Series B round in the firm, with participation from marque angel investors, reported Mint.
