Khaitan & Co, JSA act on Series B fundraise of AGNEXT Technologies

Novo Holdings has acquired a minority stake in AGNEXT Technologies as part of the Series B investment round.

Khaitan & Co advised Novo Holdings on this transaction. The Firm advised on all aspects of the transaction including structuring, due diligence, transaction documentation and closing.
