Khaitan, AZB, Themis act on biggest ever Indian e-commerce acquisition as Snapdeal acquires Freecharge for $450 million

Snapdeal has acquired India’s leading mobile commerce platform, Freecharge, making Snapdeal the largest mobile commerce platform in the country. The deal is valued at about $450 million (2,800 crore), making it the biggest acquisition in the Internet business in India, reports ET.
