Khaitan & Co advises Ramkrishna Forgings on sale of subsidiary to Yatra

Ramkrishna Forgings Limited has sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Globe All India Services Ltd India Services to Yatra Online Ltd., for a total consideration of ₹128 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised Ramkrishna Forgings on this transaction.

Globe All India Services Limited is a hospitality management company, with a diversified portfolio spanning across corporate travel, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions), leisure and car rental services.
